The KOMFORT Attic ladder is a folding pine ladder. Rated to 150 kilos(23.6st), standard sizes are 22in 24in and 27in wide. A handrail and rubber feet come as standard. A standard 36mm insulated hatch door is incorporated in the design finished in white with an insulation coefficient of 1.1 W/m. Treads are 4in wide dovetailed for added durability and grooved to prevent slipping.SUPPLIED AND FITTED FOR ONLY €330
